Our Story

Our company started off as a small little finishing mill in the heart of Western Kentucky in 1987. Brian Ballard started this vision with a dream to pull the best materials and the best minds together to become the premium supplier for high-end homes and the go-to one-stop-shop for homeowners and builders alike.

Since then, our operation has expanded to encompass a campus designed for manufacturing anything a custom luxury home needs to make it unique. We were putting so many things into these lake and country homes, we eventually decided we needed to make the jump and get into the home-design aspect ourselves. So we teamed up with the best in the business to now provide homeowners, self-contractors, and homebuilding companies full timber packages for timber frame and log structures.

Our business model is simple. We are a company guided by time-tested biblical principles just like our timbers are joined by time-tested joinery. We strive to pair personalized customer care with a culture of servanthood; we live to serve our clients and bring them the quality of service they can't get anywhere else. But above all, we want to make sure our business has the reputation for doing unto others as we would have them do to us. We see ourselves as merely stewards of the resources we've been blessed with. So our entire business model is geared towards building that reputation  so we can take care of our families by taking care of our customers.

We don't have customers, we have partners.

Our goal is to be your go-to when it comes to making dreams come true. We want to walk you through this process step-by-step. Building a custom house can be a daunting task, even if you're a seasoned contractor. Let us take some of that burden and help you navigate through the process. We want what's best for you, not our bottom line.

Honesty is important to us, because you're not just a name on an invoice: we're your partner in this endeavor.

So, how can we help?
