How We Help Design Your
DREAM HOME
Most companies will let you thumb through a bunch of pre-made, cookie-cutter templates. And sure, there's no denying that they are nice. But rather than try to make you fit into our vision, we want to help fit your vision into something truly unique.

Your home is you greatest investment and most valuable asset. So we don't believe you should settle for anything less than a completely custom home.
1. Learning the Vision
We want to hear all the in's and out's of your dream; the clippings, the links, the Pinterest boards, Instagram screenshots, all of it!

To make sure we understand what exactly it is you want, we will either:
1. Set up a walkthrough of your build site
-or-
2. Have up to two meetings at our offices or via Zoom to talk through what you want and how we can get there.
2. Initial Drawings
Once we have a clear sandbox to play in, we will get a timber count and a full set of 3D renderings of your structure to give you an accurate picture of the skeleton of your house. We even allow for one round of fine-tuning just to be sure that initial quote is as close as we can get it.
3. Initial Quote
Once we put together your initial quote, we'll give you a detailed, line-by-line breakdown with full 3D renderings as well as all the options for your flooring, cabinetry, tongue and groove, staircase parts and treads, etc. We want this quote to have as much detail as possible so you can walk into your project with a clear vision for your budget.

At this point we can also make any major changes you want to tweak to the design once we've agreed on a design retainer to further flesh out the project.
4. Assemble the Team
Now that we have you timber portion of the kit figured out, it's time to sit down together with a contractor that will see to the other aspects of this custom build. We will work hand in glove with them as we build your home together. Once we sit down with this team, you will have your final turn-key price for your dream home.
