Our texturing machines can roll a consistent, yet never repeated pattern on new, sustainably sourced timbers. This treatment not only hardens and strengthens the timbers, but eliminates all the problems with using reclaimed beams without sacrificing that iconic look.

Copied off of a barn built in the 19th century, this hewn texture is by far our most popular and asked for texturing. Exceptional detail and a truly authentic feel in each stroke of the axe the original craftsman laid. This look is great for those historic style homes with none of the labor costs associated with axe hewn timbers.
